Karolina holds a B.S. in Business Economics from California State University. Karolina became an active real estate investor in 2012 and she got her real estate license in 2014. She is currently invested in over 400 units. Analytical in nature she enjoys underwriting multifamily properties and finding ways to improve the efficiency of the operations to maximize investor returns. 

After thousands of hours spent underwriting apartment deals, the Apartment Underwriter Excel Spreadsheet was created and is now available for purchase.  The spreadsheet provides underwriters with a tool that is super flexible.
